The first stable release. The event surface is rebuilt end to end — attendees
get a hub rather than a page, organisers get a moderator console, and Forms
becomes a builder.

Breaking

Events — live video: An event's video used to be a single source configured from three different places, one of which the attendee hub never read. Those are gone, replaced by channels on the Live tab: add as many as you need, nest camera angles under the one they belong to, and attendees switch between them in the hub. Existing events keep their video — it becomes their first channel — but the old Settings → Live stream tab no longer exists, and the public landing page no longer carries a video at all. Video belongs in the hub.
Forms: The module is now called Forms, and its address changed with the name. Old links to the module's pages will not resolve; use the sidebar.

Added

Events — the event hub: Attendees now get a full surface rather than a single page. A top bar carries the event's name at every width, a collapsible side rail holds the navigation and remembers whether you left it open, Home is a dashboard that leads with the player, and phones get a proper drawer. Language, theme and a new three-step text size control sit in the bar on every page in the hub.
Events — Q&A: Attendees can ask questions, upvote the ones they want answered — and take that vote back — and add or correct the name they ask under. Moderators hold, release, answer, decline or block; a held question comes back to the person who asked it rather than vanishing, and an answer sent privately reaches only them.
Events — polls, word clouds and ratings: Run a poll, a word cloud or a rating during a session. Activating it, showing it and revealing the result are three separate steps, so the answer lands when you want it to and not a moment earlier. Voters can change their mind, and a hidden tally is genuinely hidden.
Events — the question wall: A big-screen display of the questions on their way in, with no scrollbars — long questions are fitted rather than cut — and a QR code that takes the room straight to the event's front door.
Events — the moderator console: The moderator page is a working surface now, not a directory. A rail for Live, Q&A, Chat and Support; a three-column Live view; each queue beside the list it moderates; and a control strip along the foot for the switches. Announcements are kept, so you can see what was already sent.
Events — support: Attendees can reach a person from the top bar on any hub page, and the workspace answers from an inbox that keeps one thread per person.
Events — search in the hub: Look up a session, a speaker or a file without leaving the stream. Each opens in place, and each result links onward to the room, track or person it belongs to.
Events — the programme: The schedule reads as a timeline — when, what, who — with breaks shown as breaks and an On now marker on the event's own clock. Filtering by room or track dims the rest of the day rather than deleting it, each day is an accordion, and every chip is a link into its own filter.
Events — the schedule: Import schedule reads a run sheet you already have — a document, a spreadsheet, a photo of a whiteboard — and shows you what it found before anything is created, matching names against people already on the event instead of duplicating them. A schedule can also carry the extra columns your run sheet actually has, each shown on the public programme only if you say so.
Events — files: A Files tab with folders, per-file visibility, and a section on the Schedule tab pointing at what has been attached to a session.
Events — people and crew: Invite external collaborators — a customer or a co-organiser — into a single event without giving them the workspace. Per-event roles decide what each can do, invitations say why you were invited, and there is a member detail page for the whole picture.
Events — speaker portal: Speakers get an index of everything they have been asked to contribute, across every event.
Events — tickets: Discount codes, as a percentage or a fixed amount.
Events — statistics: The Statistics tab is populated — attendance, tickets and engagement over time, with trends.
Events — the participant entrance: The door to an event now looks like the event: the name, the start, the venue and the speakers beside the sign-in card. It fits on a phone without scrolling, asks for every detail the event actually requires on one screen, and takes a single acceptance box instead of four.
Events — recordings: A recording's page opens with the picture and says which session it is. The video library filters by session, room and track, and only offers a filter that can actually narrow the list.
Forms — the builder: Drag a question where you want it, or move it with the keyboard. Build show/hide rules from dropdowns, using each question's own widget for the value. See what fills in the thing the form creates, and what does not. A Problems panel lists what would stop a visitor before you publish, the preview has phone, tablet and computer widths, and Try it walks the real form as a real visitor would.
Forms — bookings become events: An approved submission can create the event, carrying its speakers and its files with it, and one booking maps to one event for its whole life.
Forms — sharing: A form can live on the workspace's own domain, the client who booked it can be given access to it, and retention is set per form rather than per workspace.
Photography — Photo Mode: A shooting console for working a session at the venue.
Photography — print: Participant hand-outs you can print, following the workspace's own branding.
Broadcast — chat: Viewers get a display name they can change — which rewrites their own history in that room — and streams can hold messages for review before they appear.
Whitelabel — custom domain: A workspace can point its own domain at Avitello.

Improved

Events — the player: Camera angles are a thumbnail strip you can see rather than a menu of names, a live stream can be rewound and jumped back to the edge, the "sound is off" prompt now appears in the one case it exists for, and the countdown to a session no longer jitters.
Events — the conversation: Chat reads as a list of things people said instead of one wrapped paragraph, replies are visibly pressable, the Q&A composer sits at the foot where you type, and a tab you are not looking at can tell you something happened in it.
Events — the detail page: Rebuilt around seven tabs, with the setup checklist removed where it duplicated what the tabs already showed.
Events — the schedule editor: Inserting a session shifts what follows, day rows are easier to scan, and the edit-day dialog no longer throws your edit away when it disagrees with you.
Sign-in: The way out of a forgotten password is on the first screen instead of two steps in, the code screen offers Send a new code, and the pages load faster.
Broadcast: A live stream's own name no longer sits under the LIVE chip, the viewer count moved below it so it stops squeezing the title, and only one of the two red pills is the one you can press. Stream detail and the stream list read more cleanly.
App shell: The top bar, sidebar and footer now reach the edges of the screen on wide monitors instead of stopping short of both sides.
Accessibility: The attendee event surface is in the automated audit and passes it.
Uploads: A file is now checked against what it actually is, not only what it claims to be, on every upload path.
Norwegian: The events module is fully translated, including the video library and the programme.

Changed

Billing: A subscription starts the day you buy it and renews on that day of the month, instead of everything being pinned to the 1st. The workspace still pays for everything on one day — the first module you buy sets it, and anything added later is prorated onto that date.
Events — currency: An event has one currency, set on the event, rather than one per ticket type.
Events — access: Mixed now means a ticket or an invitation, and admits neither without one. Invite only means invitation only — a ticket does not get you in, and the event stops selling tickets it would refuse at the door. Switching an event to invite-only tells you how many people already bought one.
Events — speakers: A speaker who only needs to appear in the programme no longer needs an email address.

Removed

Broadcast — polls: Withdrawn from Broadcast. Polls now live on events, where the reveal can be timed against a session.
Events — the schedule toolbar: The Filter and Export PDF buttons are gone. Neither did anything.

Fixed

Accounts: Creating a workspace no longer fails and drops you back on a login form.
Events — the hub: The Q&A, chat and support composers all sent without saving and then quietly replaced the page; the connection indicator claimed to be connecting long after it had connected; and reaching a page through the rail left a chat that could not send. All four had one cause and are fixed together.
Events — the audience inbox: No longer fails to open on the very threads it exists to show.
Events — privacy settings: Access mode and registration fields could never be saved, and the "Digital event" checkbox did not reflect what the event actually was.
Events — publishing: A published event's public page no longer 404s for everybody except the workspace.
Events — rooms and tracks: Saving one without a name no longer takes the attendee hub down.
Events — moderation: A coordinator can moderate the chat they were brought in to run.
Forms — the builder: Four ways it could lose your work — publishing over a failed save, a conflict warning that outlived the conflict, a dropped save, and two overlapping saves — are all fixed. Pressing Send with an answer missing now says which one.
Broadcast: Private streams 403'd every viewer including workspace members; auto-archived streams presented as "starting soon"; and every chat setting on a stream was decoration the posting path never read.
Dashboard: A module card can no longer say a module is active when clicking it says otherwise.
Photography: Assorted fixes across galleries and sessions.
Modals: Save is reachable again in the ticket, crew, finance and live dialogs — long content scrolls instead of being clipped.
Error pages: A page that could not be reached stopped retrying once a second forever, and a rate-limited visitor is no longer told the page does not exist.

Security

Events — per-event access: Per-event roles are now enforced everywhere they are granted. A suspended workspace member, and any external collaborator, could previously open any event's interior and its landing page; the speaker assignment page had no access control at all; and the moderator hub was reachable by anyone who could sign in. All are closed.
Privacy: Erasing a user's personal data failed for every user, and searching for it as part of a data request failed as well. Both paths work, and are covered by tests that guard the class of bug rather than the two instances.
